Privacy Policy
Comprehensive framework for data protection across our Enterprise Analytics Services and Professional Training Programs.
1. Information We Collect
To deliver enterprise analytics services, we collect only the information needed to scope, build, support, and communicate around your engagement:
- Business contact details: Names, work email addresses, phone numbers, job titles, and company information shared through contact forms, email, or meetings.
- Discovery and project inputs: Notes, requirements, workflows, KPI definitions, reporting pain points, and architecture discussions shared during scoping.
- Delivery data: Datasets, source extracts, dashboard files, business rules, and related documentation needed for Analytics Foundation, Decision Intelligence, or Analytics Continuity work.
- Technical access information: Platform details, environment information, and access credentials or access requests needed to work inside approved client systems.
We do not collect personal data from your business systems unless it is already present in the datasets or environments you authorize us to access.
2. Use of Client Data
Client information and datasets are used only to perform the work you engage us for, including:
- Project scoping and solution design: Understanding your reporting gaps, data foundations, and operating context.
- System delivery: Building data models, dashboards, reporting layers, automation flows, and supporting documentation.
- Validation and QA: Testing business logic, KPI alignment, refresh behavior, security rules, and report accuracy.
- Support and continuity: Monitoring, handover, troubleshooting, improvements, and ownership transfer training where agreed.
We do not sell, trade, or use client data for advertising, prospecting, or any unrelated commercial purpose.
3. Data Security & Sovereignty
Our delivery model is designed to keep enterprise reporting work secure, controlled, and aligned with client approvals:
- Client environment first: Where practical, we work inside the client's approved environment, such as Power BI Service, Azure, SQL infrastructure, or other authorized systems.
- Need-to-know access: Only team members directly involved in delivery or support are given access to project materials.
- Controlled sharing: Files, screenshots, extracts, and credentials are handled only through approved business channels.
- Restricted reuse: Client data is not reused across other client projects, demos, or marketing material without explicit written permission.
4. Confidentiality
All dashboards, data models, KPI logic, business definitions, internal reports, and source materials shared with us are treated as confidential business information. We use that information only to deliver the agreed work and to support the systems we build for you.
5. Third-Party Tools
Depending on the engagement, delivery may involve third-party platforms already used by the client or approved for the project, such as:
- Business intelligence platforms: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting layers.
- Data and cloud infrastructure: Azure, SQL environments, warehouses, gateways, ERP integrations, or other approved systems.
- Communication and booking tools: Email, meeting tools, and scheduling platforms used to manage working sessions and project communication.
These platforms maintain their own privacy and security policies. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

3. Payment Processing
Training enrollments, mentorship bookings, and some consultation transactions may be processed through third-party platforms such as:
- Topmate: For booking, enrollment, and session coordination.
We do not store full card or banking details on our own systems. Payment handling remains subject to the privacy and security practices of the underlying platform.
4. Access Tracking & Analytics
We may track course access, attendance, and engagement metrics to support learners, prevent misuse of paid content, and improve how the programs are delivered.
5. Training Communication
By enrolling, you agree to receive program-related communication such as access details, reminders, schedule updates, and learning support messages. You may opt out of non-essential promotional communication where that option is provided.

Participants in our training programs, mentorship sessions, and community groups must respect the privacy of other learners and instructors:
- Respectful environment: Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or hostile conduct is not permitted.
- Participant privacy: Do not extract, share, or misuse the contact details, submissions, or messages of other participants.
