Terms & Conditions
Comprehensive legal framework governing our Enterprise Analytics Services and Professional Training Programs.
1. Scope of Services
Pro Visualizers LLP provides enterprise analytics services centered on reliable data foundations, decision-ready reporting, and long-term ownership support. Our work may include:
- Analytics Foundation: Data architecture, model design, KPI standardization, reporting logic, and system cleanup.
- Decision Intelligence: Executive dashboards, drill-down reporting, decision workflows, and leadership-ready views.
- Analytics Continuity: Monitoring, maintenance, evolution, handover support, and ownership continuity.
- Training and enablement: Power BI training, mentorship, and corporate workshops where included in the proposal.
The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and commercial terms for each engagement are governed by the relevant proposal, SOW, or agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
To keep delivery accurate and on schedule, Clients agree to provide:
- Accurate and representative datasets, definitions, and business context needed for scoping, validation, and testing.
- Authorized access to approved systems, platforms, and stakeholders required for project execution.
- Timely feedback on milestones, review rounds, and business decisions that affect delivery.
- Internal coordination for approvals, credentials, infrastructure dependencies, and change requests.
3. Delivery Model & Project Outputs
Deliverables vary by engagement, but may include any combination of the following:
- Power BI reports, executive dashboards, or operational reporting systems.
- Data models, semantic layers, DAX logic, transformation flows, and refresh automation.
- Documentation, handover notes, governance structures, and reporting standards.
- Training sessions, walkthroughs, or ownership-transfer support where included.
Any timeline references on the website are illustrative. Actual delivery timing depends on scope, source quality, approvals, and client responsiveness.
4. Intellectual Property
- Client-specific work product: Upon full payment, the Client owns the deliverables specifically built for that engagement, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Background methods and reusable assets: Pro Visualizers LLP retains ownership of its internal frameworks, templates, training methods, delivery processes, and reusable accelerators used to perform the work.
5. Payment & Billing
Most service engagements follow milestone-based billing or another payment structure defined in the proposal or agreement.
- Project reservation: Advance or kickoff payments reserve delivery capacity and begin planning, architecture, and implementation work.
- Milestone invoices: Payments become due according to the agreed scope, milestone plan, or invoice terms.
- Delayed payment: We may pause delivery, access, support, or scheduled sessions when invoices remain overdue.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat non-public business, technical, commercial, and operational information shared during the engagement as confidential. This includes datasets, KPI logic, architecture decisions, credentials, pricing, internal documents, and proprietary methods.
7. Limitation of Liability
Analytics outputs depend on the quality, completeness, and timeliness of the source data and inputs made available to us. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, hiring, or operational outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with the governing agreement or by written notice where no separate contract says otherwise. The Client remains responsible for payment of work completed, time reserved, and committed costs up to the date of termination.
1. Training Access
Enrollment gives the participant a personal, non-transferable right to use the training material included in the selected program:
